Handy tips and tricks for taking care of your hands, nails and cuticles.
Wear gloves: Always wear disposable or rubber gloves when gardening and washing dishes or submerging your hands in water. Water and detergent can dry out your hands and cuticles. Harsh soaps, hand sanitizers, and nail polish removers can also dry out your hands and cuticles. Always use an acetone free lacquer remover whenever possible.
Diet: Up your vitamins, Biotin, B-vitamins, Iron, Magnesium, Protein and Vitamin C. Cracked cuticles may be a sign of Zinc or Vitamin E deficiency, to help reverse this problem try eating more foods rich in essential omega 3’s like spinach, salmon, and other seafood. Chicken, Spinach, Brazil Nuts, Broccoli, Eggs are all great in helping you get healthy nails.
Hydrate: Water intake is vital for healthy skin carry a bottle of water with you at all times.

Take a reusable cuticle stick and push back the cuticle on each nail and wipe away the loosened cuticle.
