Hair-Boutique Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
Please can I politely ask you to take a moment to read through the delivery and refund policy
I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 working days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, and the product weight must match the manufacturers weight. The product/item must be returned in its original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
Postage costs of the product/item to be paid by the customer and recorded or signed for post is recommended to ensure that the product arrives safely.
When returning items please ensure that you include an explanatory note, including your name, order number and the reason for the return as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me by email: email@example.com If your return is accepted, you will be advised where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If your product/item is faulty, you will receive a full refund of the product, any applicable delivery charges you paid and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item, provided you notify me within 14 days of the fault developing or receipt of the product/item you wish to return, and I will arrange a refund or replacement as you request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or personalized items.
Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed.
Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once returned items have been received and inspected you will be notified if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
I reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the return’s delivery from you if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Cancellation policy terms also apply to gift vouchers - which will be voided should you fail to give the required notice.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for; postage costs are £4.95 for transactions under £50.

If your return is accepted, you will be advised where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective products will either be repaired or replaced with a like-for-like replacement. You should retain proof of your postage costs so these can be refunded up to the value of £5.40 for items found to be faulty and in warranty.
In the case of product replacement, the Warranty period remains in line with the Original Purchase date. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.
If a product is found to be damaged rather than faulty, the product will be returned, and postage will be charged at third party supplier standard rate.
